I love there products and so do my 5 guinea pigs. They are very strong and well made products. You can costumize the cage to be how you need it to be for your pets. The cages and products are all made of safe materials. The ties are a perfect size for putting the cage together a d work great. If there is an issue with anything they will help correct it to make it right for you. They are very awesome and are very great to work with. I would not buy from anyone else.
